About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele‑sales Executive to join our digital acquisition team. You will be responsible for contacting, onboarding and supporting merchants, promoting n1co’s payment solutions and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential merchants through calls, video meetings, chat and social media.
• Guide merchants through the affiliation process and ensure a smooth digital onboarding.
• Listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions and close sales.
• Monitor transaction activity and advise merchants on how to maximize the use of our products.
• Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships to boost profitability.

Required profile

• High school graduate, current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales via phone or social media, preferably in the financial sector.
• Persuasive, with strong active listening and assertive communication skills.
