Enterprise Data Integration & Migration Senior Developer

About the role

Join the Data and Digital Services (DDS) Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) team as a Senior Developer. You will work on billable client projects, delivering integration solutions, supporting existing implementations, and guiding junior developers through the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between packaged software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create effort estimates, technical design documents, and detailed development plans.
• Develop, debug, test, and deploy integration code while ensuring quality through peer reviews and QA.
• Provide ongoing support for deliverables and assist with data architecture, data conversion, and performance tuning.
• Report daily progress, maintain documentation, and follow the defined software development lifecycle process.
• When assigned as Project Lead, coordinate resources, assign tasks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train other developers, contribute to knowledge repositories, and uphold coding best practices.

Required profile

• Strong programming experience with a focus on data integration and migration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client‑focused and team‑oriented.
• Ability to work closely with functional consultants and translate user requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate resources, and deliver on deadlines.
