About the role

As an IT Project Management Specialist at Deloitte you will plan, coordinate and execute technology projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. You will lead methodological direction, manage multidisciplinary teams and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, cost and quality criteria and monitor their adherence.
• Lead the full project lifecycle for digital transformation, technology modernization or automation initiatives.
• Coordinate technical, business and vendor teams across development, QA, architecture, infrastructure and security.
• Manage testing processes, defect tracking and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Apply project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading complete technology projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Post‑graduate studies in Technology, Management or Innovation are a plus.
