About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will lead the budgeting, forecasting and value‑creation processes for business units and asset classes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and proactive identification of financial deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Improve budgeting and long‑term planning models to support corporate strategy and close identified gaps.
• Maintain and monitor the Full Value Potential (FVP) strategy for each asset class to maximize portfolio value.
• Manage financial data and pipelines for prospective investments, coordinating due‑diligence information.
• Lead post‑mortem analyses of completed and unrealized investments.
• Systematize ad‑hoc opportunity‑cost monitoring across asset classes and business units.
• Track market and industry trends to align FVP strategies.
• Provide visibility on dynamic portfolio parameters and support corporate projects with financial implications.
• Coordinate risk management with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience as Financial Controller, Finance Head or FP&A professional.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
