About the role

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Specialist to lead and coordinate civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing project execution, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with both national and international technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality delivery.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure infrastructure designs meet national and international technical regulations.
• Evaluate structural solutions and approve technical documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Master’s degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in coordination, supervision, leadership or project management roles.
• Proven knowledge in risk management and infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with project management, structural evaluation, and technical standards at both national and international levels.
