Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a US‑based client. The role combines document management, scheduling, data entry, and social media coordination while ensuring confidentiality and high‑quality communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, format, and proofread reports, letters, contracts, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain important records and files, both physical and digital.
• Accurately input data into computer systems and keep records up to date.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support to the department as needed.
• Assist with assigned projects and tasks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and respect for confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office management software.
