Finance Digital Project Coordinator

About the role

The Finance Digital Project Coordinator provides administrative, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordination support for finance initiatives across both digital and non‑digital work streams. Reporting to PMO leadership, project managers, or senior delivery team members, the role ensures meetings are organized, project records are accurate, and trackers are up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project planning materials, schedules, calendars, meeting agendas and project records as directed.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, capture notes, track action items and follow up on overdue tasks.
• Support onboarding and access coordination for project team members, including tool and repository permissions.
• Create, update, and version‑control project documentation, trackers, logs and repositories.
• Collect required information from internal teams, vendors or project members to support administrative activities.
• Prepare, format and distribute approved project communications and meeting materials.
• Compile project status information for reporting purposes.

Required profile

• Works under direction of PMO leadership and project managers.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple administrative tasks and meeting coordination simultaneously.
