About the role

We are looking for a Fintech Specialist who will deliver top‑tier customer support for our suite of fintech products, including digital wallets, mobile banking, and payment processing solutions. The role combines technical troubleshooting with clear communication to help customers navigate and maximize the value of our financial technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for fintech products such as digital wallets, online payments, and mobile banking.

Required profile
