About the role
Stefanini is looking for a Functional QA Tester to join its global team. The role focuses on ensuring software quality through unit, end‑to‑end and performance testing, while supporting post‑implementation issues.
Key responsibilities
- Execute unit, end‑to‑end and performance tests according to IT‑VP guidelines.
- Develop detailed test plans that align with software requirements.
- Document test results, defects and improvement suggestions.
- Maintain test environments that mirror production settings.
- Provide post‑deployment support and track incident resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of software testing experience, preferably in agile environments.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Understanding of functional and technical requirements and ability to work with complex systems.
Required skills
- Jira for test management.
- TestRail for test case documentation.
- Agile and Scrum testing methodologies.
