About the role

Premium Restaurants of America is seeking a Gerente de Desarrollo Culinario to lead culinary innovation and evolve the product portfolio. You will be responsible for creating, redesigning, and optimizing menu items to ensure a differentiated, profitable culinary offering aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium‑ and long‑term culinary innovation strategy and menu evolution.
• Design and develop new products that drive sales growth and profitability.
• Redesign existing products to reduce costs, improve margins, and simplify operations.
• Set standards for flavor, texture, presentation, and execution to guarantee consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, operations, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure launch feasibility.
• Manage evaluation, prioritization, and validation of gastronomic innovation initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, new raw materials, and portfolio improvement opportunities.
• Participate in photographic and audiovisual productions to ensure accurate product representation in campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of product development experience in restaurant chains or food service.
• At least 2 years managing a culinary portfolio and product innovation.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and leading strategic projects.
