About the role

The Strategy and Business Manager will lead the definition and execution of the organization’s growth strategy. This role transforms market, financial and commercial data into strategic decisions, working closely with the General Management and all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, update and monitoring of the corporate strategic plan.
• Translate corporate objectives into initiatives, projects, KPIs and action plans.
• Analyse market trends, customer behavior, competition and economic variables to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial models and feasibility analyses for new products, services or market entries.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, geographic expansions and diversification prospects.
• Negotiate and manage high‑impact strategic alliances and commercial partnerships.
• Monitor and report strategic performance indicators to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• Preferably an MBA or master’s in Finance, Strategy or Commercial Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business development, strategic planning, consulting, corporate finance or commercial management.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements, margins, profitability and ROI.
• Advanced English is a plus.
