Gerente de Proyectos – Edificaciones verticales

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of vertical building projects in El Salvador. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from design through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control construction projects of high‑rise buildings (8+ storeys).
• Manage project budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise project teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and safety standards.
• Control cash flow, monitor expenses and close financial accounts.
• Recruit and select operational personnel for the construction site.

Required profile

• Graduated in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager or Head of Projects on vertical building projects of at least 8–10 levels.
• Proven ability to manage the complete project cycle from planning and design to hand‑over.
• Experience with traditional and/or post‑tensioned construction systems.
