Growth Support Data Specialist

About the role

The Growth Support Data Specialist helps RSM operate as a data‑driven organization by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data. You will support the firm’s CRM platform, train users, and deliver reporting services across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for CRM database support across the firm.
• Assist users in capturing account, contact, opportunity, and activity data.
• Provide ad‑hoc pipeline, industry, market data reports, and dashboard coordination.
• Respond to standard requests from the national intake portal.
• Develop specialized knowledge of firm data platforms to handle complex data and report requests.
• Educate and enforce data‑integrity policies and procedures.
• Deliver end‑user training on firm data tools and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with growth support leaders, ESS sub‑functions, and internal client‑service teams.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team discussions and activities.

Required profile

• Associate degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of tools, resources, and technology required for the role.
• Proficient in customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn firm‑specific programs.
• Strong communication, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience preparing presentations with charts, graphics, and tables.
