GTM Engineer

About the role

The GTM Engineer is a hands‑on role that builds, checks and launches highly targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns supporting B2B SaaS founders. The position is fully remote, working Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑6 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Build target account and contact lists from detailed client ICPs and campaign briefs.
• Translate targeting requirements into clear data filters, applying judgment rather than rigid rules.
• Enrich leads with company, contact and campaign data using tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospeo, Apollo, AI Ark and Blitz.
• Segment lists, create customer look‑alike audiences and TAMs, then clean and deduplicate the data.
• Upload campaigns to outbound platforms like Email Bison and HeyReach and keep Monday.com and Slack updated throughout the day.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building prospect lists, preferably with Clay.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data platforms such as Prospeo, Apollo, AI Ark or Blitz.
• Strong logical judgment to decide on the spot rather than following only preset rules.
• Effective use of AI agents (e.g., Claude) while manually verifying outputs.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, able to switch between complex projects and maintain clear communication.
