Influencer Marketing Executive

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Executive will provide comprehensive support for the execution of influencer marketing projects and campaigns. This role ensures daily task coordination, billing follow‑up, payment reconciliation, and relationship management with influencers to keep activities on schedule and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select key influencers using scouting tools, matching them to project needs and goals.
• Maintain a detailed influencer index with past collaborations, rates, and reach metrics.
• Communicate directly with influencers to develop content ideas and obtain client approval.
• Organise and lead briefing sessions to convey campaign messages, target audiences, deliverables, and expectations.
• Coordinate product delivery to influencers, ensuring logistical timelines are met.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, and collaboration agreements, including content usage rights and brand guidelines.
• Monitor influencer posts in real time and request performance evidence (impressions, engagement, reach).
• Support the creation of performance reports and client presentations aligned with KPIs.
• Document campaign costs by content type, social platform, usage rights, and commercial conditions.
• Update campaign status, reporting progress, pending items, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
• Register influencers as vendors, completing required forms for finance payment processes.
• Track invoicing and payments for vendors and influencers, ensuring correct association with campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating influencer marketing campaigns and handling end‑to‑end project logistics.
• Strong attention to detail for billing, payment reconciliation, and documentation.
• Ability to maintain clear communication with influencers and internal stakeholders.
