About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in San Salvador. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of machinery and leading mechanical projects from design to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment and mechanical installations.
• Supervise, coordinate and follow‑up mechanical projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, budgets, progress reports and project documentation.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and technical diagrams to support installation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage mechanical projects.
• Strong competence in drafting and reviewing technical specifications and project documentation.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans and technical diagrams.
