Inside Sales Representative – B2B

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow B2B relationships with prepaid retailers and business partners. In this fast‑paced environment you will act as the main point of contact, helping partners optimise their prepaid airtime business while driving activation, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with prepaid retail partners and master agents.
• Support retailers in improving performance of their prepaid airtime operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Service and Finance teams to deliver value.
• Communicate daily with retail owners, sales associates and ISOs to ensure satisfaction with the epay program.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase activations and revenue.
• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to multitask in a dynamic sales environment.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• Previous experience in sales, inside sales or outbound campaigns is a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
