Inside Sales Representative – ELS

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative – ELS will grow revenue and deepen relationships across a portfolio of existing and emerging clients, with a primary focus on Tango and Hawk Marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key clients, building long‑term relationships that drive revenue and retention.
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities through upsell, cross‑sell and expanded program usage.
• Lead initiatives to increase customer adoption, utilization and satisfaction with Blackhawk Network solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
• Accurately forecast revenue and provide timely projections to sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities across multiple buyer personas (Marketing, Research, HR) for scalable reward and payout solutions.
• Cultivate relationships through personalized, value‑driven communication and consultative advising.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s business challenges.
• Navigate complex organizations to engage the right decision‑makers and influencers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver on customer objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional sales experience.
• At least two years of B2B selling experience, ideally in an account‑management role.
• 90% English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, stay organized and meet tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
• Curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies, with demonstrated use of AI tools to improve processes.
