Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Applaudo is looking for a results‑driven Inside Sales Representative who excels at the top of the sales funnel. You will use digital outreach, high‑volume prospecting, and structured sales cadences to generate qualified pipeline and deliver an excellent prospect experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound digital outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls to validate technical fit, urgency, and client alignment.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Engage inbound leads promptly to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture and Sales Operations on technical alignment and reporting.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Sales Account Executives and support proposal development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development or similar roles.
• Proven ability to execute structured outbound and inbound qualification processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot for pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to conduct virtual discovery and qualification calls.
