Inside Sales Representative – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative to act as the first point of contact for prospective residents of a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate investment firm. This fully remote, call‑heavy position focuses on rapid lead response, tour scheduling and conversion to drive occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the CRM throughout your shift and contact every new lead within 60 minutes via phone.
• Qualify prospects, overcome objections and schedule property tours, aiming for 15‑20+ tours per week.
• Log all call activity, update lead statuses and track performance metrics such as speed‑to‑lead and conversion rates.
• Own daily and weekly call targets, identify trends and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Exceptional phone presence with a persuasive, friendly tone.
• Self‑starter who works quickly without supervision and handles rejection resiliently.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable with high‑volume, repetitive call environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager or Salesforce.
• 1–2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, leasing or customer service.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,400 plus uncapped commissions (OTE $1,800‑$2,500+).
• Bi‑weekly base payments and monthly commissions.
• Remote work with flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri 10 AM‑7 PM ET, Sat 11 AM‑4 PM ET).
