Japanese Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative to join TELUS Digital’s global contact‑center team. In this role you will assist customers in English and Japanese, answer questions, and provide accurate information about our services and products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English and Japanese.
• Resolve customer inquiries, doubts and issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide product and service information while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to exceed customer expectations on every contact.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Advanced written and spoken Japanese.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• No prior experience required.
