About the role

The company is seeking a Jefe Comercial de Repuestos to lead its commercial strategy for spare parts in El Salvador. The role focuses on driving business growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening market presence for heavy‑machinery components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in construction, infrastructure, transport and industry sectors.
• Lead and motivate the commercial sales team to achieve defined sales and profitability targets.
• Define and execute B2B sales strategies for heavy‑machinery spare parts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt the commercial approach.
• Ensure the company’s presence and reputation are reinforced in the Salvadoran market.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in spare parts, heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and B2B sales initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the spare‑parts market for heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) parts and other brands such as Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere, JCB is desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and results‑orientation.
• Existing client portfolio in construction, infrastructure, transport or industry is a plus.
