JSS Territory Rep

About the role

The JSS Territory Representative will execute marketing and sales plans for large, multi‑site and national accounts, as well as for small traditional and hardware‑store channels within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role focuses on growing market share, increasing sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share and profitability in the assigned geographic area.
• Identify and convert opportunities from distribution partners and end‑users to Milwaukee products.
• Represent the full Milwaukee portfolio to regional customers and support small accounts in traditional and hardware channels.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers to support national accounts within the territory.
• Provide training, merchandising, product demonstrations and special initiatives for multi‑site regional accounts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date opportunity pipeline in the CRM to meet category targets.
• Develop value‑added relationships with professional tool users and execute joint visits with distributors.
• Deliver product and application training to distributor sales staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or construction tools.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and end‑users.
• Willingness to learn and apply Milwaukee’s consultative sales process.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with regional management objectives.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline management.
