Knowledge Base Writer

About the role

As a Knowledge Base Writer at TELUS Digital, you will create, edit, and maintain high‑quality articles for the company’s knowledge base. Working on‑site in San Salvador, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts to fill content gaps and ensure information is clear, accurate, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, update and publish knowledge‑base articles, adhering to style guidelines and company standards.
• Organize the knowledge base structure to enable easy navigation and quick information retrieval.
• Partner with SMEs to identify missing content and develop new documentation.
• Manage user access, create accounts, assign permissions, and handle password resets.
• Analyze user feedback, quality metrics and content performance to recommend improvements.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end article workflow, from research and drafting to validation, stakeholder alignment and publishing.
• Present updates in stakeholder meetings and adapt communication style as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written English (minimum B2) with excellent self‑editing and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex information and transform it into clear, structured content.
• Proactive, independent judgment in assessing article readiness and quality.
• Confidentiality and ability to build effective relationships across internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficient use of content management systems.
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
