About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Leader to design and execute strategies that support sales objectives, manage brand communication, and oversee advertising, social media, and promotional materials. The role ensures a consistent, results‑driven brand image across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for social media, campaigns, and internal communication.
• Review and approve graphic designs created by design interns.
• Create advertising campaigns, promotions, and internal/external activations.
• Analyze monthly metrics such as growth, engagement, reach, and traffic.
• Assess brand positioning and propose strategic adjustments.
• Monitor intern tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to internal requests for visual or communication materials from the sales department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or related areas.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise personnel.
