About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Marketing Specialist focused on designing AI‑enabled workflows that drive pipeline generation and brand visibility. This fully remote position lets you work with cross‑functional teams to create scalable, high‑quality production processes for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives and using no‑code/low‑code platforms.
