Medical Equipment Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medical Equipment Sales Representative to join our Central American team, focusing on El Salvador. The role combines remote work with field visits to help modernize hospitals and clinics by supplying quality pre‑owned medical equipment while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a client base across El Salvador.
• Navigate and complete DNM (Dirección Nacional de Medicamentos) registration for medical devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinics in San Salvador.
• Coordinate import documentation and customs processes.
• Present the value proposition to healthcare administrators.
• Target both private clinics and ISSS facilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B healthcare sales experience.
• Understanding of DNM medical device requirements.
• Established network within the Salvadoran healthcare sector.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated work ethic.
