NOC & Help Desk Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level IT NOC Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. You will work in a 24/7 environment, monitoring network systems and providing Tier 1 support to external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure around the clock and respond proactively to alarms and service events.
• Provide Tier 1 technical and network support, troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and network‑related issues.
• Log and manage customer incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to schedule dispatches and restore services.
• Escalate complex problems to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams with detailed troubleshooting information.
• Communicate outage status, incident progress, and service updates clearly to customers.
• Assist in maintaining network documentation, procedures, and operational records.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in NOC, Help Desk, or network support roles.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including on‑call support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with CCNA concepts and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with ticketing or incident‑management systems.
