About the role
The Packaging Material Operator ensures that packaging supplies are delivered to production lines on time, maintaining quality and safety standards. This position supports the manufacturing process by managing inventory flow and operating forklift equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver packaging material to production lines according to production orders.
- Receive incoming packaging supplies and verify quantities.
- Check material availability 36 hours in advance to avoid shortages.
- Control inventory rotation and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Update warehouse records, including forklift checklists and daily logs.
- Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of forklifts.
Required profile
- General high school diploma (Bachillerato).
- At least one year of experience in similar material handling or warehouse roles.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Certified forklift operation.
