About the role
World Business Lenders is seeking a People Department HR Analyst to support onboarding, employee relations, and HR reporting in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring documentation and system access.
- Maintain and update the organisational structure and assist with day‑to‑day employee relations.
- Support planning and tracking of training initiatives, draft internal communications, and provide payroll assistance.
- Enforce HR policies, procedures, and assist with weekly HR reporting.
Required profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using Google Workspace.
