Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for a full-time, remote Performance Marketing Manager based in San Salvador. The role owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. SEO is handled by a separate strategist, so the role focuses on paid media only.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• Own the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on the call
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, running and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers that you can explain
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English, able to talk to US clients on live calls
