Profesional de Servicio – Barista y Atención al Cliente

About the role

The company is looking for a Service Professional to work in a central area of San Salvado. The role combines front‑of‑house duties such as table service and order taking with barista responsibilities, including coffee preparation and product presentation. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers at tables, taking orders accurately.
• Prepare coffee‑based beverages, milk‑based drinks and present them according to standards.
• Explain coffee varieties, roasting processes, flavor notes and brewing methods to guests.
• Prepare food items following recipes, ensuring timing and quality.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards during preparation, service and cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Complete high school diploma (certificate or transcript required).
• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant administration or as a barista (preferred).
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Proactive, extroverted personality with a strong service orientation.
• Residence in the central zone of San Salvado.

Required skills

• Barista techniques and coffee preparation methods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare beverages accurately.
