Project Management Supervisor – Outsourced Solutions

About the role

The Project Management Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational initiatives within RSM's Catamaran practice. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, developing detailed plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate project status, outcomes, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure governance compliance.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support scalable delivery models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project financials and budgeting.
