Project Manager – Business Unit (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

PeopleBlue is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to own and scale its Business Unit focused on virtual assistant services for US mid‑market clients. You will drive revenue, oversee the full value chain, and ensure client retention exceeds 18 months while working remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower a cross‑functional team comprising a Sales Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Officer, and Operations Specialist.
• Collaborate closely with an in‑house Marketing team of 8+ specialists to optimise the US client acquisition funnel.
• Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction (NPS), and implement retention initiatives for both clients and virtual assistants.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for mid‑market US B2B clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing B2B operations, commercial projects, or business units, with a proven track record in the US market.
• 100% bilingual in English and Spanish with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Background in staff augmentation, outsourcing, or virtual assistant agencies is highly preferred.
• Data‑driven mindset, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.
