About the role

The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving product sales through effective display, rotation, and promotional activities in retail locations. The role ensures that product availability, presentation, and promotional goals align with company policies and store regulations to generate growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inventory checks on product stock, rotation, and non‑moving items to trigger timely replenishment orders.
• Plan and schedule product promotions and in‑store displays to meet established sales targets.
• Execute promotional activities aimed at increasing product visibility and sales.
• Manage product rotation according to store guidelines to maintain proper condition and presentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as order timeliness, exhibition compliance, sales increase, and correct product rotation.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 9th grade; high school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience; 2 years of sales promotion experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with tools commonly used in supermarkets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling supermarket operational tools.
