About the role

The Reloads Chief will lead the prepaid recharge strategy for Tigo in El Salvador, driving volume, value and frequency targets across electronic (EPIN) and physical channels. This senior position focuses on data‑driven decision making, channel optimization and territorial support to ensure sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor the prepaid recharge strategy (EPIN and physical) to meet volume, value, frequency and active recharger base goals.
• Track critical operational indicators such as product stockouts, supply levels, shelf days, coverage and availability.
• Collaborate with territory managers to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions and sustain commercial performance.
• Develop and oversee promotional plans and recharge mechanics aligned with ARPU, market share and profitability targets.
• Manage the health and productivity of the distribution network, ensuring adequate product supply at points of sale.
• Drive participation and growth across all recharge channels in line with the prepaid business strategy.
• Administer budget and incentive schemes for the recharge channel, optimizing investment efficiency and return.
• Produce analysis, reports and dashboards to monitor recharge performance by channel, territory and product.

Required profile

• Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong commercial execution focus.
• Experience in prepaid telecom services, especially recharge operations.
• Proven ability to work with data for decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (commercial intelligence, finance, territorial teams).
• Strong organizational skills to manage budgets, incentives and promotional programs.
