About the role

Class A Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Remote Class A CDL Driver Recruiter to join its growing team. This fully remote, commission‑based position focuses on sourcing and placing qualified truck drivers with carrier partners across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and pre‑qualify Class A CDL drivers through phone outreach.
• Match drivers with appropriate carrier opportunities and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain daily call volume and application activity to meet recruitment targets.
• Provide consistent follow‑up and support to drivers until hiring is finalized.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level English communication skills.
• Strong phone, sales, and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable thriving in a performance‑driven environment.
• Prior experience in transportation or driver recruitment is preferred.
