Remote Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative to support a U.S.‑based client. The role is fully remote and focused on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Introduce the company’s services, generate interest, and qualify leads according to set criteria.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation.
• Handle common objections and follow up via phone, email, or CRM.
• Maintain accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM.
• Meet daily call and outreach targets and provide regular performance updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
• Goal‑oriented with strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Own computer, reliable internet connection, and a professional workspace.
