Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt, courteous assistance across multiple channels and helping to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on requests to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support or call‑center environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
