About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with questions, online processes, and routine service needs. The role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to manage your availability while delivering clear, timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via chat, email or phone.
• Identify the purpose of each request and research appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers through online processes and routine service concerns.
• Coordinate additional assistance when issues require escalation.
• Record accurate interaction notes and track open requests.
• Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their requests.
• Contribute to a helpful and positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong research abilities and good problem‑solving skills.
• Effective time‑management and accurate record‑keeping.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new procedures.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
• Previous support experience is helpful but not required.
