About the role

Sagan is looking for a Remote Sales Operations Specialist to keep a US‑based sales team’s leads, estimates and follow‑up moving. You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with customers and help turn quoted work into orders while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

Track inbound and outbound leads, inquiries and open estimates.
Follow up on quoted work and coordinate next steps with customers.
Maintain accurate deal stages, activities and pipeline records.
Prioritize daily follow‑up, flag stale deals or missing information.
Report pipeline status, activity and conversion progress to the sales team.

Required profile

At least two years of experience in sales support, sales operations or sales coordination.
Experience working with US‑based businesses in a client‑facing or outside‑sales capacity.
Strong written and spoken English for customer calls and email.
Hands‑on CRM experience and reliable follow‑through.
Ability to work independently with a reliable computer and internet connection.
