About the role

English4Kids is an online English academy for children in Latin America. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inquiries from families and students via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about courses and the Automatic Fluency method.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to chats, calls, and emails regarding products, schedule changes, payment processing, and general queries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with each client.
• Deliver accurate, timely information and identify the best solution within company guidelines.
• Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible and follow up on escalated cases.
• Record every interaction and keep client information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong customer service aptitude with the ability to understand families' and students' needs.
• Experience in customer support, incident management, case follow‑up, and basic ticketing tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills focused on customer experience.
• Empathetic, patient, and solution‑oriented attitude to drive customer satisfaction.
• Preferred (not mandatory): experience in online academies or call centers, intermediate English, proficiency with office tools and digital platforms, teamwork and time‑management skills.
