About the role

Ecolab is building a talent pool for Integrated Pest Management Representatives to join its industry‑leading pest elimination team. The role provides timely, cost‑effective detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a set route of commercial customers, offering 24‑hour brand protection for businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, senior homes, schools, retail stores and food‑and‑beverage processing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% field‑based integrated pest management services to assigned clients, ensuring quality, punctuality and protocol compliance.
• Diagnose infestations, apply appropriate treatments and give preventive recommendations.
• Prepare electronic reports, maintain up‑to‑date logs and site sketches.

Required profile

• Residency in San Salvador.
• Preferably a high‑school diploma.
• Previous customer‑service or technical service experience; pest‑control experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license (required for some positions) and experience driving a manual‑transmission vehicle (required for some positions).
