Revenue Analyst II

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Revenue Analyst II to support its US Agent Channel. The analyst will execute high‑accuracy pricing and revenue operations, protecting margins while driving market‑share growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process a high volume of case‑based requests via email and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) with fast turnaround and zero tolerance for preventable errors.
• Perform FX, fee, and commission analysis to recommend competitive, economically sound solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor agent profitability, identify low‑profit or loss‑making agencies, and propose corrective actions based on full economics.
• Develop an understanding of payer costs in destination countries and settlement/funding costs in origin markets for case decisions.
• Support revenue optimization across a portfolio of agents, tracking trends in volume, margin, spread, and profitability by corridor, region, and competitor footprint.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking and local market intelligence to gauge pricing pressure and realistic break‑even thresholds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Treasury, BI, and other stakeholders, providing structured analysis, clear documentation, and defensible recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting outputs (Excel and Power BI) to track KPIs, targets, trends, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and structured.
• Capable of operating with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
