Sales Cold Caller (Spanish‑Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Spanish‑bilingual Sales Cold Caller to re‑engage warm leads generated from trade shows, social media, and other inbound sources. You will introduce our specialty butter products to prospects, qualify interest, and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 3,000+ warm leads, following up consistently.
• Conduct enthusiastic outbound calls to introduce products and qualify prospects.
• Move qualified leads through the full sales cycle, handling objections and closing deals.
• Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in HubSpot, logging calls, notes, and follow‑up tasks.
• Coordinate sample shipments and follow up for feedback or orders.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and external distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide weekly activity and results reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM (deals, tasks, pipelines, activities).
• Proven background as a Sales VA, Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Experience in B2B sales or the food & beverage/FMCG sector is a strong plus.
• Self‑starter capable of handling a high volume of contacts without losing track of follow‑ups.
