Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will help expand TELUS Digital’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, early‑stage qualification, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business opportunities in new markets or segments.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage decision‑makers, supporting ADM strategies.
• Create and deliver tailored value propositions for specific industries or company profiles.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
