Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote LATAM

About the role

A US-based wellness company is hiring a Sales Development Representative as a full-time independent contractor (40 hours per week) based remotely in El Salvador, Guatemala or Nicaragua. The company reports to its Head of Sales. It is the first point of contact for people reaching out about personal and sensitive topics, and the role involves calling new leads quickly, qualifying them and booking consultation calls with an Account Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Call new leads within five minutes, qualify them and book qualified people with an Account Executive.
• Confirm booked calls and follow up by phone, SMS and email until every lead is reached.
• Answer the company's phone line, email inboxes and social media messages.
• Log every lead's status and outcome, and run outbound outreach when assigned.

Required profile

• 1+ year of phone work in inbound sales, appointment setting, patient coordination, intake, admissions or a US-facing call center.
• Fluent to near-native English, spoken and written.
• Fast and warm, able to handle sensitive conversations and write clear, brief and accurate replies.
• Organized, able to manage follow-ups across many people; available for rotating shifts 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT, seven days a week including weekends.
• Nice to have: mental health, wellness or healthcare experience; CRM experience; US client experience; valid US visa.
