Security Operations Analyst

About the role

The Security Operations Analyst protects enterprise assets by monitoring security controls, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement of threat and vulnerability management programs. This role works across systems, networks, cloud environments, and applications to ensure a resilient security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate response across systems, networks, cloud and applications.
• Conduct threat hunting, manage detection rules in SIEM/EDR, and improve threat intelligence integration.
• Lead vulnerability management activities, including assessments, remediation tracking and risk communication.
• Analyze and optimize security controls, develop metrics, and support audit and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams during security incidents.
• Strong understanding of security across operating systems, networks, cloud platforms, and identity management.
