Senior Bilingual B2B Account Executive – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance Bilingual Account Executive (Outbound B2B) to own the full sales cycle with U.S.-based clients. The position is 100 % remote and ideal for experienced “hunters” looking for growth and uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, qualification, discovery calls, presentations and closing deals (full‑cycle sales management).
• Execute daily cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting U.S. decision‑makers.
• Maintain activity metrics (e.g., 60+ calls/day or 2+ discovery calls/day) and provide customized BPO/staffing solutions.
• Keep CRM data accurate and collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless client fulfillment.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish (C1‑C2 level).
• 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in BPO, staffing or virtual‑assistant industry.
• Strong hunter mentality, proven quota attainment and consultative selling skills.
• Quiet home‑office setup with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
• Available to work from Latin America with no travel commitments during the first four months.
