Senior Google Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Google Analytics Specialist to lead the design, implementation and governance of our digital measurement ecosystem. In this hybrid role you will work closely with marketing, product and engineering teams to ensure data is accurate, actionable and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Google Analytics 4 across web and product platforms.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive measurement framework including KPIs, event taxonomy, funnels and conversion tracking.
• Lead marketing measurement initiatives such as campaign tracking, attribution analysis and channel performance reporting (paid, organic, email, social).
• Implement and manage event tracking via Google Tag Manager, including data‑layer design, custom events and debugging.
• Collaborate with UI/Frontend and engineering teams to ensure accurate instrumentation of user interactions.
• Build scalable reporting and insight solutions using Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
• Identify tracking gaps, resolve data inconsistencies and enforce data quality and governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital, web or marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to translate business and marketing questions into measurable tracking and actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across marketing, product and engineering stakeholders.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (implementation, configuration, event modelling, troubleshooting).
• Google Tag Manager (data‑layer design, event tracking, debugging).
• Looker Studio or comparable data‑visualisation/reporting platform.
